Federation of Piling Specialists - November 2024

I want to thank Stephen, Roberto and the Hilton team for their help and support in making my clients 60th anniversary event a huge success from start to finish.

 

From the off set, the team were responsive on email, accommodating to my (many) requests, and went above and beyond my expectations to make the planning of the event as simple and as seamless as possible.

 

The ballroom and branded decals looked great, the waiting staff were attentive and polite, the food was delicious, and the presentation of the after-party drinks and catering was beautiful.

 

I’m particularly grateful to Bence who looked after my two young daughters who accompanied me on my menu tasting. He put on Tom and Jerry for them to watch on the ballroom screen during the tasting, gave them each a cuddly toy, plus extra chocolate ice cream for dessert. He made it such a lovely experience for them.

 

Thank you to you all for pulling out the stops and giving me and the Federation such a memorable night to remember.

Wilmington Events - April 2024

We delivered our second back-to-back Awards and Forum at Hilton Bankside in April and everything ran so smoothly and ahead of time, which is a very rare occurrence! This was due to Stephen, Maurizio and the entire team who were just fantastic. We are always so impressed with the catering at the venue, and it didn’t disappoint this year. We look forward to working with the team again in the coming years

Strata Create Client Event - April 2024

The client was very happy with the result, and we couldn’t have achieved it without your hard work and support. Also, special mentions to Mauricio and Verdiana who really went the extra mile to make our time at the Hilton Bankside so enjoyable.

I would like to express a huge thank you for all your help and assistance with our meeting last week. The facilities and arrangements all went well. The catering staff were attentive and helpful and all the partners and guests enjoyed the lunch and refreshments throughout the day. TechFest 2023

We relaunched one of our evens in a drastic way using the flexible Ballroom at London Hilton Bankside. TechFest was a full exhibition with stand builders, x4 stages, and everything that comes along with it; all of which needed to be derigged and removed while the Hilton team set up for a x420 pax Awards dinner in the same room. Despite labour challenges, tight deadlines, an overwhelming number of last minute changes in an already very busy period of the year we were very impressed by the service we received. The team couldn’t do enough to help, and then on-site team are one of the best, most efficient and helpful teams you can hope to encounter in London. Working with Bankside was a dream and we’re already looking forward to bringing events back there in future.

Thank you so much for your support yesterday. Like last year, the service you and the team gave was excellent. Everyone that supported the event was so professional and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and the event ran smoothly without a glitch. I love working with you personally Indi, it’s such a weight lifted knowing I can trust you have everything in hand. Everything we ask for pre event was delivered and any last minute requests you delivered quickly without question. Zul was also a dream, so patient and polite even when I requested something off plan. He and his team were on the case and without hesitation. Having all of this support is so important to mine and Jen’s roles as we have so much to manage on the day, so you make our day that bit easier and we’re so grateful for that! Women of the Future Summit -  September 2022

It was fantastic to hold our event at Hilton Bankside. Despite it being the first time to use the venue, it genuinely felt like we had been a client for years. The food was delicious, the space looked amazing and the staff were incredible. The event went so smoothly and I can’t thank them enough for all their support, it was a joy to work with them.
